Julie Welgraven is a Nashville-based home staging and interior decorating professional specializing in home staging, redesign, and interior styling. She is certified as an Expert Psychological Stager™ (EPS™), having trained under award-winning national staging expert Kristie Barnett, known as The Decorologist™.With a lifelong passion for color, texture, and thoughtful design, Julie was raised in a design-driven environment through her family’s custom homebuilding business, Kole Custom Homebuilders, in the greater Nashville area. Her experience includes assisting with residential design plans and selections, as well as leading staging and design projects for a major home staging company in Louisville, Kentucky. Her work blends aesthetic intuition with strategic design principles to create spaces that feel elevated, inviting, and market-ready.Julie lives in College Grove, Tennessee, with her husband and two young children. When she’s not transforming spaces, she enjoys traveling, baking (especially chocolate), and spending time with her family.

Interior Design Consultation

Our Design Consultation is a collaborative session focused on aligning your personal aesthetic with the functional needs of your home. We begin by exploring your style preferences and evaluating how to best integrate your existing furnishings. From there, we provide professional recommendations designed to elevate your living environment and enhance the overall character of your space.
• Initial Consultation: $300Implementation & Execution: Should you choose to move forward with the full design plan following the initial meeting, ongoing services are billed at an hourly rate of $150.Professional Paint & Color Consultation
Whether you are preparing a property for the market or refreshing your forever home, selecting the right palette is essential. This service eliminates the guesswork of color selection. We provide an extensive library of large-scale interior paint samples to identify hues that harmoniously complement your home's fixed elements, such as flooring, cabinetry, tile, and stone.• Investment: $250 (Includes a custom palette for up to 5 rooms)
